This individual will be supporting the coordination of the recruitment and on boarding strategy for our hiring at all levels in APAC.

The ideal candidate for this position will assume ownership of all phases of our interview process to ensure that we continue to hire the brightest candidates.

He / she will also have the opportunity to participate in special projects to support our talent team on an as needed basis.

This role will be based in Hong Kong. This environment will suit someone who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, is self-driven, highly organized and takes ownership of responsibilities.

Key responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and service hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings on and off-site.
  • Act as POC for candidates and hiring managers on interview schedules
  • Coordinate the execution of offer letters, send out offer packages to new hires
  • Conduct background screening and reference checks processes
  • Create job postings and post on internal and external job board
  • Maintain accurate data and keep candidate statuses up-to-date in our applicant tracking system
  • Manage and ensure queries are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Help drive processes, compliance, and governance with the team.
  • Other duties, ad-hoc and special projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Around 2-3 years of Recruiting or HR coordination experience preferred
  • Experience in RPO, Corporate or agency recruitment would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize own workload
  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills desired
  • Team player, proactive, and resourceful
