Job description

We are seeking for a strong retail and sales management professional who will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Boutique.

This professional should have the capacity to motivate, lead, and supervise the retail team to deliver extraordinary customer service, maximize business potential, develop long-

term customer relationship, and achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Retail Manager to develop strategies and initiatives to maximize business potential and to achieve brand objectives
  • Manage retail team to achieve growth targets through strong understanding of the brand positioning, product, and market situation
  • Manage daily store operations effectively in compliance with the standard operating procedure
  • Effectively motivate and lead the team to achieve optimum sales results by goal-setting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
  • Monitor and review target stock level based on customer’s needs and buying trends and suggest solutions to increase sales
  • Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery
  • Contribute marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich customer database
  • Coach and engage the team to make full use of CRM system
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talents to meet the business’ needs
  • Professional requirements

    Requirements :

  • Tertiary education or above
  • A minimum of 8 years' retail experience with 3 years' at management level, preferably in luxury watch and jewelry business
  • Passionate, sales-driven, and result-oriented
  • Proven customer relationship management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good command in spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office and RMS system
  • Languages
