Your Delivery :
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
Set up IT equipment for office (PCs, Macs, printers, network, VPN, firewall, video conference equipment, software, mobile phones, desktop phone system)
Troubleshoot common IT issues - isolate problem and fix
Resourceful in identifying outside 3rd party help for escalated issues
Handle procurement paperwork
Log activities clearly in ticketing system
Keep clear and accurate record of our inventory
Communicate clearly with other employees; proactively set expectations
Document frequently asked questions in our knowledge base
Our Request :
Proven experience as a help desk or other customer support role
Highly-organized (above average aptitude a MUST)
Good working experience with common office IT solutions (PCs, Macs, printers, network / VPN, video conference equipment, Zoom, G Suite, Microsoft Office)
Ability to diagnose and common technical issues
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Note to Partner :
You will be joining the team as a Part-Timer, however, there will be the opportunity of turning Full-Time after 6 months.
