for-profit business model that channels the surplus proceeds from responsible gaming into community benefits. The Club is now donating over HK$3.
6 billion a year to charitable and community projects through its Charities Trust. The Charities Department provides support to the Board of Trustees in the task of granting donations to various non-
profit organizations in support of community projects, including arts and culture, sports and recreation, youth services, elderly services, environmental protection, medical and health, etc.
You will :
manage grant making, funding applications and implementation of strategic projects end to end, including but not limited to due diligence, assessment and research, Committee paper writing, project implementation and related event management
analyse social / community service needs and identify potential projects in line with the our focuses including but not limited to Youth, Education, Elderly, Family Services, Healthcare, Rehabilitation, Sports and Recreation
contribute to the development of strategy and work plans to optimize the beneficial impact of the Trust’s contribution
monitor progress and expenditure of approved charities or community projects, to ensure that the projects will achieve their objectives, be carried out within scope and budget and meet the pledged output and deliverables
build strong network and maintain good relationship with NGOs, Government departments, and other stakeholders
You should have :
a Bachelor's Degree or above
at least 10 years of relevant working experience
knowledge in Government policies and insights on community service needs, particularly with respect to the fields of youth development, education, medical and healthcare, social welfare, or sports and recreation
excellent writing proficiency (in both English and Chinese) and interpersonal / communication skills
high passion in community services / affairs and ability to work with stakeholder including government departments, NGOs, and academics.

ability to work independently as well as collaboratively for teamwork
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
