Spearhead the development of a dedicated Marketing hub for the Asia business whilst closely collaborating with regional and central teams to ensure alignment of initiatives, strategic direction and appropriate external messaging
Lead and manage a marketing team based in Hong Kong and Taipei
Be responsible for the regional marketing strategy, budget, messaging and execution
Manage creation, development, and implementation of marketing plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns
Leverage central marketing initiatives across the regions with the right localisation to support regional business objectives
Work closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the business to craft our value proposition and differentiators in the region.
This includes working closely with the Group Communication team in Hong Kong and Singapore
Work with Sales, Compliance and Legal teams to enforce a robust marketing and compliance framework which ensures all materials are compliant
Foster strong Sales-Marketing alignment to support the goals of the region as well as the goals of the company
Drive digital marketing campaigns, including leveraging marketing technology platforms and data analytics to optimise marketing effectiveness and impact
Have a strong external and internal perspective of the issues and opportunities facing the region, from factors such as market trends, customer insights, new products and innovations, competitor activities and campaigns
Ensure content and campaigns are aligned to Pictet’s purpose, strategy and values
Awareness of industry best practice and ability to coordinate other teams to provide a holistic view of activity across the market.

A highly skilled senior marketer to develop marketing plan and support business to drive growth within our Asia ex Japan asset management
15+ years of marketing experience in the asset management industry covering both the institutional and intermediaries client segments.
Excellent communication skills, organisation skills, problem solving & project management skills, and working with various business functions across different offices of Pictet.
Strong technical knowledge of investment industry, asset classes and investment styles
Strong experience in managing marketing programs, including content automation, social media, SEO / SEM, data analytics
Strong experience in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore would be preferred
Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is a must as well as a very high standard of written and spoken English, with excellent attention to detail
Comfort in working with senior leaders and executives
