Assistant Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selections, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and assist in general administration matters
  • Drive HR initiatives & projects and implement tactical plans on business development
  • Assist in development of HR policies / guidelines; prepare and compile regular HR reports / data analysis for management review
  • Act as the HR coordinator with regional offices in South America
  • Assist in the HR information system implementation project
  • Organize employee relations activities (i.e. Company Annual functions, CSR programs)
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Dedicated to contribute as a HR professional
  • Independent, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility with good inter-personal and supervisory skills
  • Analytical and able to sustain to work under tight schedules
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, English or other related subjects;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in HR or administrative industry;
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, knowledge in Dutch will be an advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labor related ordinances
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of staff
  • Familiar with MS office
  • Immediate availability would be an advantage
