The Tech Solutions group within Customer Success is responsible for taking the Feedzai products and pre-packaged solutions and, through configuration and extension, help our clients integrate them with their systems and achieve all the functionality they need.
Our Technical Analysts work to understand how users interact with the platform and from there configure APIs, screens, and automations to deliver the necessary functionality for each specific client.
In parallel, from the technical perspective it is also necessary to understand how the different components / technologies are being used (Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Zookeeper, Ansible, Docker, Spark, and others) in the Feedzai architecture and how information flows, and then configure, build and extend to make sure all the pieces fit .
This could include creating ansible tasks to make the deployment of a component have zero downtime, SQL scripts to create new custom data elements for client customizations, change property files to configure new screens / fraud detection rules / deployment properties.
Given that Feedzai deployments are typically business critical, with high availability and high performance requirements, Tech Solutions team members will also be involved in the support and troubleshooting of the client implementations.
In addition to the contributions to projects, part of the engineers’ time is also reserved to contribute to the internal Customer Success community, creating or improving reusable components such as Java API services, Ansible playbooks, build pipelines, test harnesses, or Docker images.
