Due to the growth of our business in Hong Kong, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Officer, Human Resources - Talent Management (Talent Acquisition and Talent Development) (3 months contract) in our Human Resources department.

Job Description :

Responsible for the end to end recruitment activities from sourcing, selection, offer negotiation to on / off-boarding to ensure timeliness and cost effectiveness in process

Closely connect with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidates selection criteria accurately

Keep abreast of the uptrend recruitment best practices and the pay trends of the key competitors to facilitate the HR management to react to the market changes promptly for effective talent attraction and retention

Partner and work closely with the external and internal stakeholders in the design and delivery of Training and Development programs and interventions

Support and conduct external research into market learning and development trends and best practices and facilitate in-house events (e.

g. workshops, retreats, townhalls etc.) as required.

Job Requirements :

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or Training, preferably in insurance or financial institutions industry

Innovative and with ability to discover new resourcing channel through the hiring process

Sound knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations and laws

Good communication and interpersonal skill with strong stakeholder engagement to support HR functions

Resourceful, self-motivated and ability to handle multi-tasks to meet timeline

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
