  • Lead the retail team and manage the retail shops both in Hong Kong and Macau including store operations, personnel, training and administration
  • Establish store operations standard & procedures and set up infrastructure for retail operations
  • Formulate, plan and execute retail strategies and sales initiatives to achieve the desired business objectives
  • Offer market information and suggest promotion strategies
  • Oversee cost control and inventory control
  • Manage process of opening the new stores to ensure compliance to planned timelines & budget and corporate standard
  • Assist to prepare and maintain the retail operation budget in aspect of decoration, promotion and inventory
  • Your profile

  • Strong background in team leadership & people management
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills in retail business control
  • Excellent communications skills and excellent command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Professional requirements

  • University graduate
  • A minimum of 6 years’ retail experience with management level in luxury product preferably in watch and jewelry business
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Retail Operations Manager
