At least 10 years retail operations experience in Hong Kong or China, China retail operation experience is most desirable.
University degree in Business / Marketing Management is a MUST
Preferably in FMCG, telecommunication, lifestyle and luxury consumer brand.
Proven track record of driving retail sales and operation
Acquire some understanding about China retail market and business envrionment
A result-driven individual and a strong leader
Good communications, organization and presentation skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Willing to station in Shanghai
Lead and manage the Sales and Operation Team (500 staff, 40 shops in 9 cities) to achieve or excel annual sales budget and profitability of company main brand and Saxx, the second brand, in Southern China.
Reporting to Head of Sales & Operation (Mainland China), develop, formulate and implement operational initiatives, minimize the operating costs and wastage through effective management of the systems and control.
Involve in annual business and operation planning, market research and trends, customer services and product assortment and quantity
Work closely with other regions in China to promote the corporate branding to achieve the objectives of whole China Retail business.
