職責 / 职责
Responsible for calculating Sales Incentive Plans and respective pay outs;
Involve in calculating monthly sales performance numbers and analyzing data to sales management;
Responsible for implementing and maintaining sales related reports and systems to measure sales team’s performance;
Document sales responsibilities in corporate systems and setting up personal sales goals together with sales management;
Responsible for training sales persons in using reporting tools.
資歷 / 资历
Degree holder in Business / Statistics / Quantitative equivalent with three years of direct related work experiences;
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and sales performance data and calculate the financial impact on sales opportunity;
Demonstrated ability to extract data from a Sales Financial System;
Experience of Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential;
Working knowledge of analytical tools e.g. Tableau & Altyrex, and CRM tools e.g. MS Dynamics are advantages;
Detail conscious and goal oriented with strong quantative and qualitative analytical skills;
Customer focused and a team player with willingness to work with cross-functional teams and global team environment;
Good English verbal and written communication skills are required.
