Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out general secretarial / clerical duties, handling office administration tasks, performing procurement tasks, preparing the annual departmental budget and taking meeting notes where necessary.

He / she will assist in the preparation of tender documents, contracts and presentation materials. In addition, he / she will maintain proper records of documents, drawings, building materials, samples, catalogs, brochures, etc. for easy retrieval.


  • F.5 or above
  • With at least 8 years of related office administration experience
  • Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Strong in organization and planning
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; a team player who can work collaboratively and independently
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, and proficiency in written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua preferred
  • Good time management skill
  • Computer literacy in MS office
