To provide full spectrum of administrative support to daily HR routines;
Assist in recruitment & selection processes such as jobs advertising, CV screening, interviews arrangement and preparing on board documents;
Handle phone calls and general enquires;
Maintain and update staff movement and filing systems;
Prepare attendance and leave records for payroll arrangement;
Assist in preparing various monthly HR reports in a timely and accurate manner;
Provide assistance in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Diploma or above with 1 year working experience in handling HR administrative work; Fresh graduated will also be considered;
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Well based in MS Office applications;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Immediately available is preferred.
