Responsibilities :

  • To provide full spectrum of administrative support to daily HR routines;
  • Assist in recruitment & selection processes such as jobs advertising, CV screening, interviews arrangement and preparing on board documents;
  • Handle phone calls and general enquires;
  • Maintain and update staff movement and filing systems;
  • Prepare attendance and leave records for payroll arrangement;
  • Assist in preparing various monthly HR reports in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Provide assistance in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above with 1 year working experience in handling HR administrative work; Fresh graduated will also be considered;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Well based in MS Office applications;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
