The Inside Sales Advisor team will focus on VehicleConfigurations and will be working with existing Reservation holders to converttheir reservation in to a production order.
The Inside SalesAdvisor is responsible for these customer service activities in order todeliver top quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
Respondto all reservation and new ownership inquiries from multiple contact channelsin a timely and accurate manner.
Workwith existing Reservation holders to convert their reservation in to aproduction order in order to achieve expected build, shipment and deliveryobjectives.
Conductbusiness dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience thatrepresents the Tesla brand values.
Utilizea consistent contact process to follow-up, nurture, and close leads generatedby marketing campaigns.
Achievecompany aims for vehicle order levels.
Maximizeand leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, and adhere to activitymetrics.
Keepup with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of newtechnology and web resources.
Workwith the technical departments to understand current vehicle and productiontalking points.
Utilize,update and maintain the integrity of information in Tesla’s CRM system.
Providesuggestions for website improvements.
Escalatematters that require senior management concurrence in a timely manner to linemanagement.
Workon the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related with thepurchase of a Tesla.
ExcellentCommunication and relationship management skills, both oral and written.
Bachelor’sDegree preferred or the equivalent of experience and evidence ofexceptional ability
Abilityto prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities.
