Overall purpose of job :
Responsible for marketing and sales activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines.
Responsible for leading the achievement of sales objectives of HIV products
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Leads daily advertising and sales promotion activities.
Develop strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives
Make regular visits to identify customers’ needs and provide treatment solution to HCP
Plan and execute product development and growth strategies
Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for assigned products
P&L management and budget control of the responsible products
Work with KOL to conclude market insight and to initiate marketing programs
Maintain intensive working relationship with patient groups
Communicates and tracks short and long-range sales and marketing plans.
Comply with integrity and compliance standards
Degree or above
Minimum 4+ years solid experience in pharmaceutical industry with strong marketing and sales acumen
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Special requirements :
Science and Marketing education is preferred but not a must
