Supporta consistent Talent experience for employees in order to share thedesired adidas culture.
Assist the TalentPartners to deliver, execute and drive leadership, talentdevelopment, succession management and other talent activations forthe Global Functions teams in Asia by implementing global coretalent programs and services to respective HRPartners.
Supportthe Talent Partners to ensure consistent, timely and seamlessimplementation of global / local core Talent programs and solutionsfor assigned locations / business areas.
Buildand maintain trustful relationships with HR Business Partners andensure business needs are taken into consideration in both theinput and execution stage.
Build strongknowledge around available Talent products & services and beable to explain and enable HR Partners to apply them in theirbusiness areas.
Assist in the aggregation andanalysis of business needs for Talent solutions to align strategyand allocation of resources for programdelivery.
Administer talent-related systems andonline tools and informationmaintenance.
Generate scheduled and ad hocreports to assist management andanalysis.
Provide administrative support to thedelivery of training and talent management practices such astraining logistics, supplier payment processes, and coordination ofcourses as required.
Support business generatedtalent initiatives as needed.
Support the teamon general administrative tasks, including but not limitedto : Support thebudgeting process and assist in updating and regular management ofdepartment cost centre.
Maintain departmentfiles, records, organization charts,subscriptions.Act as key contact point forinformation management (e.
g. intranet, workspace, share folders / library). Ensure shared content is up todate.Coordinate travel arrangements andcomplete expense reimbursement processSortmailing and administer team emailaccounts,Arrange office setups and moves,office equipment andsupplies.

Self-starter and good teamplayer. Able to multitask and work with minimumsupervision.

RequisiteEducation and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
Universitydegree or equivalent preferably with a focus in human resources,business administration, business education, psychology, or arelated field.
Minimum 3 years’ progressivework experience in the HR field preferably in an internationalorganization.
Fluent in English and ideallyalso inChinese.
