Job Purpose

The Customer Service Specialist will deliver K12 Hong Kong customers a first-class customer experience, making it easy for them to purchase K12 Products.

They will build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts and will serve as an escalation point. The Customer Service Specialist will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other customer facing personnel in the Sales and Customer Services teams.

This role will be in Hong Kong.

Main Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with customers

This role is a key contact for distributors and institutions. The role will have a detailed knowledge of the products being purchased.

Respond to requests for Support

The Customer Service Specialist will resolve cases escalated from Tier 1 Customer Service team or received directly from sales.

Support Order Processing

The Customer Service Specialist will work cooperatively with the Sales and Portfolio teams and coach the Tier 1 team to ensure that orders are fully supported with orders delivered within SLA.

This role will also process orders.

Job Requirements

Experience meeting, and exceeding customer needs, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

At least 12 Months experience in a Customer Support or Help Desk role

Digital Savvy, Data Literate

Excellent verbal and written communication in Cantonese and English

Experience working with Salesforce or other ticketing systems would be an advantage
