VP, Head of Marketing

  • This position will oversee several marketing functions within the company.
  • Product marketing management / growth marketing / hacking -

  • Build and structure the required team to lead the user acquisition and user experience journey across the organisation.
  • Optimise the customer experience and conversion in every marketing channel and touchpoints using various tactics such as A / B testing.
  • Lead the development of sales / marketing funnel and / or a Hypebeast flywheel and develop effective business and marketing tactics for customer retention and acquisition strategy across the organisation.
  • Analyse data to monitor and grow revenue, conversion performance and uncover areas of opportunity or improvements.
  • Gather and analyse business information in an analytical approach to identify the potential area of growth and penetration
  • Develop and manage all CAC and LTV related KPIs.
  • Manage digital and offline / event marketing campaigns and iterate quickly.
  • Strategic marketing and branding -

  • Responsible for corporate marketing strategy and product marketing strategy development.
  • Work with cross functional team (Product development, data, IT, ecommerce, editorial, sales) to establish growth and user acquisition strategy to hit the revenue goals.
  • Working knowledge of brand portfolio management (or architecture) strategy or experience in brand strategy in the tech sector.
  • Support the organisation’s business development and innovation agenda; contribute to the organisation’s marketing innovation strategy.
  • Develop quarterly / annual marketing plans for organisation at corporate and product level.
  • Loyalty marketing -

  • Support the development and execution of a scaled, automated, digital loyalty marketing / customer relationship management / engagement marketing / retention marketing strategy at organisation.
  • Partner with loyalty specialists, strategists, product management, data analytics, and engineering team to drive overall customer engagement.
  • Develop loyalty and referral program to stabilize retention while leveraging program as a core pillar of customer acquisition strategy.
  • Content marketing and advertising -

  • Ideate and lead content collaborations with editorial, sales, e-commerce, and communications teams to generate awareness and impact marketing and corporate goals.
  • Partner with editorial, engineering, sales, and e-commerce to build content level promotional opportunities to increase audience engagement and build sales funnel.
  • Set KPIs and testing structure for content across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • MarTech, marketing research / insights, and data analytics -

  • Architect the overall marketing stack of all marketing technology products to automate and execute marketing tasks with a strong focus on data extraction.
  • Develop an understanding of our clients through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, using appropriate marketing research tools / methodologies.
  • Create customer segments, personas, and use data to craft seamless and personalized customer journeys.
  • Partner with data analytics team to create insights to shape various marketing strategies.
  • Other marketing initiatives -

  • Mentor, coach, and train a high performing team of reports as required to support their professional development and on-the-job.
  • performance while exceed standards on being customer-focussed, results-oriented, and innovative.

  • Support and grow communications opportunities with brand / social influencers, industry experts, bloggers, and super users.
  • Support the development of brand stories and thematic content for public relations, social media, and other channels.
  • Requirements :

  • Over 10 years of solid experiences in growth marketing, user acquisition and data related discipline.
  • Strategic, organisationally-savvy person who has significant marketing experience at a customer-centric landscape, brand agency, e-commerce company, and / or digital media publisher.
  • Possess an analytical mindset to drive growth, highly proficient with data analytics and marketing research.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritise with high business impact activities, holding successful track record in growth conversion.
  • Knowledge of social media, SEO, content marketing strategy, and influence marketing tactics / programs.
  • Experience in meeting privacy, legal, and regulatory standards for digital marketing (e.g., email) and loyalty marketing is an asset.
  • Experience in managing CRM marketing program (preferably loyalty) is an asset.
  • Experience supporting new product / project development through PR, social, creative development, media planning, and go-to market strategy planning is a strong asset.
  • Possess a startup mentality, willing to roll up sleeves in the beginning to get the job done with the intention of growing the scope of the role to include team management responsibilities and act as strategic driver of marketing activities across the organisation.
