  • Lead, further develop and manage the Sales and Service Team
  • Develop strategies to successfully grow sales in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Responsible for the 360º sales process - planning, reporting, quotations, sales, and service
  • process optimization, initiating sales, sales program implementation and sales administration

  • Responsible for Sales and Costs in the assigned territory
  • Develop branding activities in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
  • Be close to the market - follow and conduct market research constantly
  • Identify, develop and implement new product and customer segments together with the Product Management of the China Office.
  • Key Account Management for important clients, such as international Hotel Chains
  • Ensure a smooth sales process and after-sales process
  • Establish a service infrastructure in all the markets, where required with local partners
  • Conduct service training to partners and be the voice of the product
  • Ensure the relevant financial reporting under the support of the China Office and an external service provider
  • Requirements :

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience with kitchen equipment or related industries
