Building and maintaining relationships with banks / insurancecompany and their key personnel.
Conducting regular business meetings / reviews to ensure clientsare satisfied with their products and services.
Achieving client relationship targets / agreed SLA and KPI’s asset by the Head of Relationship Management.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs arefulfilled effectively.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Monitoring company performance against service level agreementsand flagging potential issues.
Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware ofchanges within clients.
Letting customers know about other products AXA offers, if it isappropriate.
8 - 15 years of experience inInsurance / Financial Services Industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport withcustomers.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with beingorganized, structured, assertive are required.
Previous experience working as a client relationship manager ora track record of managing client relationships.
Organized and Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese andEnglish.
