Description

  • Building and maintaining relationships with banks / insurancecompany and their key personnel.
  • Conducting regular business meetings / reviews to ensure clientsare satisfied with their products and services.
  • Achieving client relationship targets / agreed SLA and KPI’s asset by the Head of Relationship Management.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs arefulfilled effectively.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreementsand flagging potential issues.
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware ofchanges within clients.
  • Letting customers know about other products AXA offers, if it isappropriate.
  • Qualifications

  • 8 - 15 years of experience inInsurance / Financial Services Industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport withcustomers.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with beingorganized, structured, assertive are required.
  • Previous experience working as a client relationship manager ora track record of managing client relationships.
  • Organized and Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese andEnglish.
