Reporting directly to the Sales Manager / Retail Sales & Operations Manager, providing operational back office support to retail team and the execution of assigned project management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
To support Sales Manager, Retail Sales & Operations Manager, Retail Manager(s) and Retail Supervisor(s) to formulate and to implement the frontline Store Operating Procedure (SOP) to optimize counter efficiency, by maximizing operation productivity with good control on cost and streamline of workflow
To consolidate and compile key retail performance reports to support retail sales team to drive team performance and productivity
To support retail sales team on the coordination of MUE recruitment and departure and the follow-up HR communication and documentation
To support retail sales team on preparation of information update to trade and counters, e.g. price lists, out of stock and discontinuation lists etc.
To support retail sales team on replenishment order processing, auto-replenishment system parameter regular review and stock allocation
To support retail sales team on MUE payroll calculation and target setting
To support retail sales team on all store operation documentation preparation and submission to SSC functions, e.g. to collect store pretty cash expenses and to prepare the subsequent documentation for submission
To work with SSC team on all operation work related to all account set-up and information update
To work closely with both demand and supply planning and marketing teams with the effective stock management of auto-replenishment program and the organization of related actions needed to minimize the scrap
To support retail sales team on the frontline package regular review and evaluation so as to maintain the package competitiveness among competitors and incentive scheme effectiveness
To support Sales Manager / Retail Sales & Operations Manager to develop team building and motivation events and activities
To execute and supervise the projects assigned by the Sales Manager / Retail Sales & Operations Manager, including but not limited to sales event (e.
g. Private Sale, HPP, Thankful Week and VIP Day etc.), store open and exit setup, annual stock take and any other ad hoc projects
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Manager / Retail Sales & Operations Manager
Computer literacy is a must with good skills in MS Office application, especially Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Chinese Typing
For executive position, at least 2-3 years' solid experience in retail operations position, retail industry experience is a definite advantage.
Less experience will be considered as assistant role
Good command of Chinese and English, both conversational and written
