Responsiblities

Prepare and input all regular accounting entries into different Branches.

Perform daily cash and General Ledger reconciliation, and peform monthly General Ledger Control and Attestation (GLCA).

Prepare bank reconciliation statements and payments via SWIFT / RTGS and e-banking.

Maintain reporting accuracy and any efficiency improvement in the accounting process an controls.

Draft accounting processes and control measures in new product launching.

Implement key controls and review processes to ensure operating integrity and are complied with internal and external regulators.

Report any potential risk situation and make recommendations to ensure contingency plans exist.

Implement, document and maintin standards, processes and controls in area(s) of expertise to minimize loss / risk

Keep updated on new / changes in local regulations, respective processes and procedures to ensure compliance on financial requirements.

Qualifications

University degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant

3+ years of accounting operations experience, preferrably in banking industry

Relevant accountant certification is an advantage
