Manager, E-commerce Operation & Marketing

Your Mission

Business Development, Planning & Reporting :

  • Work together with Senior Head of Retail & Marketing to develop E-commerce business development strategy and plan
  • Prepare E-commerce P&L budgeting and projection based on different contract terms
  • Support contract term negotiation with existing / new vendors & liaise with stakeholders (legal, finance, logistics etc.)
  • Manage monthly rolling forecast v.s. actual, and evaluate campaigns impact from brand website and various marketplaces and make sure monthly sale target is achieved
  • Compile the monthly E-commerce highlights report supported by other internal function teams with insights and future action plan
  • Marketplace Management & Relation :

  • Maintain good relationship with different marketplace counterparts to ensure sufficient supports from marketplaces and perfect execution of different campaigns.
  • Store Operation & TP Management :

  • Conduct standard operating procedures review, and on-going operation working processes initiation / optimization if needed;
  • Ensure back-end operations work smoothly at all steps, i.e. IT / Logistics, warehouse, call center, etc. inclusive internal communication across departments and external communication with TP;
  • Work closely with TP partner on the daily basis to ensure implementation / execution are delivered following business strategy.
  • eComm Marketing Strategy :

  • Communicate with brand marketing team frequently to understand global / local branding strategy, marketing calendar, campaign planning, integrated marketing communication activities;
  • Develop annual / seasonal eComm marketing calendar with alignment with brand / retail marketing, merchandising and market place's event / promotion
  • Develop annual eComm marketing budget and KPI plan which is aligned with eComm budget, forecast and last estimate to fulfill the overall eComm business target
  • Marketing Deployment & Execution :

  • Develop paid traffic media plan with KPI with alignment to eComm marketing calendar
  • Collaborate with Merchandising Team to create promotional campaigns targeting to different stores to support business target
  • Drive integration with brand, digital and retail marketing
  • With the support from TP vendor to ensure all marketing activities are launched following planned calendar and brand / eComm guidelines
  • Your Talent

  • University degree in business, statistics, computer science
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Ecommerce & Marketing in sizeable organization
  • Experience in managing vendor relationship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & Google Analytics
  • Good command of English & Chinese
  • Knowledge in CRM & marketing tools
  • Attention to details, quality control & execution efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skill
  • Good business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Well organize and enjoy team work
