Wayfair is spearheading a massive business build effort to obtain vertical integration into global suppliers by expanding our ever-

growing logistics network and footprint. This position will help set talent acquisition strategy and lead execution against APAC hiring by partnering with the Asia Leadership team to build the function.

Commencing in China, the team will grow, and you’ll need to make key hires in, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India. This role is based in Hong Kong.

The Wayfair Talent (HR) team is strategic to the company's overall success and continued growth. This newly created position will play a critical role in helping shape Wayfair’s identity in the APAC market.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Act as partner, consultant, and adviser for Wayfair’s International Supply Chain by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
  • Execute the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct phone screens with applicants
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Manage strategic stakeholder relationships with senior level leaders
  • Create a solid pipeline of applicants for all roles
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
  • Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 + years of recruiting and HR experience delivering results in a multinational company
  • Direct experience recruiting for China and / or Vietnam based roles is a must
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high growth organization
  • Significant and demonstrated experience having a consultative approach towards recruiting
  • Team-oriented with ability to partner with and build upon the strengths of others to meet overall team goals
  • A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
  • Successful experience using innovative research and sourcing methods for hard to fill’ roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • You're always looking to learn, develop, and grow
