Project Manager - supply chain Description Job Responsibilities
Set up processes to capture supply chain improvement opportunities within Asia. Including transactional processes, organization, documentation and reporting, training and supporting application tools.
Conduct supply chain process review and analysis from source to end customers in Asia and identify gap for improvement according to industry best practice.
Initiate projects once recommendations approved and drive those projects to implementations. Monitor effectiveness of the implemented projects.
Serve as project manager of multiple initiatives.
Drive prioritization and implementation through Lean, Continuous Improvement and / or other equivalent tools. Job Requirements
Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Supply Chain / Operations Management / Project Management
Minimum 7 years Project / Operations management experience is preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to lead small team. Project management capabilities.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, proactive and self-motivated. Attention to detail. Meet deadlines under pressure.
