Job description :
Assist in Recruitment process : screen resume, search resume through online recruitment channel such as Jobs DB, schedule interviews for employers and applicants.
Maintain staff database.
Ensure all records and filings are accurate
Manage and maintain good files records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
Provide administration support including reception, incoming and outgoing documents, courier services, stationeries, office facilities repairs, maintenance and renovation etc.
Handle invoice payment queries from external vendors.
Liaise and communicate with external parties whenever required.
Work space management
Co ordinate with auditors for documents & reports.
Manage import Export declaration.
Manage Compliances as per Hong Kong norms & bank compliances.
Manage bill payments & Contract renewals.
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related statutory legislations.
Well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese
Excellent Work space management skill
Immediate available is an advantage
Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and fast-paced working environment
Well versed with government schemes that are beneficial for the organization.
