A multinational corporation is looking for a (Senior) HR Manager focus on talent management function in view of their business transformation.

  • Focus on end to end MT program / campus recruitment / talent management / employer branding
  • Team leadership exposure
  • Responsibilities :

  • In charge of the end to end Management Trainee Programme from recruitment & selection, performance evaluation, talents' career rotation, performance management
  • Review and formulate the talent development framework and mechanisms in order to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools
  • Lead and implement various talent development programmes targeting different groups of talents, including the high-po and young talents (management trainees)
  • Implement recruitment strategies to support business growth as well as promoting / maintaining employer branding
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ experience in human resources field with focus on talent management / people development
  • Solid experience in managing MT program
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good team player with effective communication, interpersonal and marketing skills
