Our client, a well-known international bank, is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic team :
To provide administrative support to HK GMM office such as ordering stationary, name cards, chops, envelope / letterheads.
Raising CMP requests such as new hire set up, voice log / systems access for team members.
Helping in preparing the expense reports, ordering company search of new clients / prospects, arranging & coordinating client events, coordinating the yearly order for clients / colleagues such as moon cakes, Easyscan Dayviewer, red pakets, fit notes & Tangerines & helping BAM in consolidating & chasing report.
Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel,Outlook
Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
