Work closely with PD teams and vendors around Asia on price negotiations, sample development and approvals.
Communicate and negotiate with factories for samples development, cost analysis, etc. to meet client’s quality, cost requirement and due dates.
Coordinate and monitor factory audit and product testing with internal and external stakeholders for quality compliance
Follow-up and monitor orders to ensure quality control and on-time delivery
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on logistics, packaging development, quality requirements and factory compliance.
Capable to partner with internal and external stakeholders for problem solving.
Item set up in system and maintenance.
Understand and follow the work process of different clients (US market is preferable)
Form 5 or above
Minimum 5 years working experience in general merchandise, (seasonal and toy preferable) with strong experience in product development.
Detail-minded, flexible, self-initiative with excellent interpersonal skills
Need to be able to work under pressure, be very clear mind-set to handle multi-tasks and project details
Ability to work independently and good problem solving skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Vlookup
Occasional travel is required
Immediate available is preferable.
Experienced in US market is definitely an advantage, preferably with Trading / Buying Office Background
