Responsibilities :

  • To support Solution improvements for existing accounts
  • To support new business development by building creative solutionsto meet customer needs
  • To support the implementation of new business and existing clients
  • To strive for positive feedback from global / region network
  • To support senior management in developing knowledge and skillsets that differentiate DHL from the competition in meeting the needs of Keycustomers in AP and Globally
  • To identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions foradvanced solutions
  • To support Global Business Solutions teams
  • Requirements :

  • Degree qualified or higher in supply chain discipline
  • Experience in exporting from Asia, consolidation, and ideallyocean & air freight in logistics industry
  • Knowledge of Asia-Pacific freight forwarding, warehousing andlogistics business practices
  • Knowledge in basic EDI and API setup, ISC systems in particular(Infor Nexus, MicroStratagies) is an advantage
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving-skills, with ability to think outside ofthe box
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated and good team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Remarks : Less experience or Fresh Graduate who is willing to learnand grow with DHL will be also considered as Senior Coordinator
