To be responsible for managing and executing business as well as operational excellence projects from end to end;
To motivate and coordinate among the stakeholders to ensure alignment in the project direction and timely project delivery;
To identify potential project risks, resolve project issues, perform impact analysis and devise mitigations and contingency plans;
To provide timely reporting of project status to management and relevant stakeholders;
To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; and
To handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Degree holder in Business Management, Finance, Process Management, IT or related disciplines;
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management, preferably in insurance industry;
Sound knowledge of change management and project management control procedures;
Good understanding of the business and regulatory requirements for life insurance;
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders;
Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills; and
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
