Job Mission :
Act as a key business partner, the role of the Retail Operations and Projects manager is to drive process improvements and standardization, operations efficiency to support the future business evolution in Fashion organization.
Collaborate and influence key stakeholders from different métier and markets in design, plan, execute and oversee the respective project implementation with strong retail knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
Regional Project Planning and Implementation
To collaborate with key stakeholders on project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closing of Global / Regional Projects, focus on retail operations.
Acting as the project manager from business side to leverage conduct workshop to collect user requirements / process mapping with markets.
Plan and monitor project deployment in markets
Communicate with key stakeholders (Technology and Digital Service Team / markets retail team) to ensure visibility on project status
Review backlog and prioritization of the backlog based
Provide change management supports to market for the project roll out
Develop KPIs to measure the success of the projects
Business as usual support for above protects
Regular review on the change request from markets.
Retail operation efficiency (Process and Tools)
Propose framework on regular operations efficiency review with markets and identify gaps and propose solutions.
Lead the partnership with Regional Technologies and Digital Service Team on the solutions development and implementation.
Build community and ensure best Practice sharing among markets
Standardize, benchmark and review SOP across markets to drive consistency and relevancy on boutique operations.
Role Specifications :
6-8 years of related work experience
Good knowledge and passionate in RETAIL
Prior experience in retail projects includes system implementation, are favorable
Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skill
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, data analysis experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge status quo
Detail oriented, high sense of responsibility
Strong English writing and communication capability
Excel in Excel and PowerPoint.
