Role Requirements

  • Supporting Digital Lead to manage 247 activity for key client across APAC within an integrated agency.
  • Working with a Digital Executive and agency network resources to set up, manage, admin and maintain always-on search accounts (paid search and GDN) in line with client KPIs
  • Daily / weekly campaign and budget monitoring
  • Campaign, ad group, keywords and ad optimization, including bid management
  • Review search query and placement reports to identify new terms and exclusions
  • Identify any trends or changes in user or category search
  • Quality score and landing page review with recommendations to optimize user journeys / consumer experience
  • Tracking implementation and governance in line with naming conventions
  • Coordination with clients / local market teams on localization
  • Oversee delivery of monthly reports with analysis, insights and clear POV on how to improve performance (paid Search and SEO)
  • SEO reporting and performance overview (leveraging AWR)
  • Working with network partners, regionally and globally, on delivery of content and SEO deliverables
  • Recommendation of category search content to improve search performance / visibility
  • Work with partners and taking lead to ensure all new content is SEO optimized (meta tags, titles, descriptions, image naming, etc.)
  • Monthly client presentations
  • Handling of ad hoc account, performance, data and insights requests from clients
  • Strategy, proposal delivery, keyword research, plans and recommendations for integrated marketing / tactical / shopping campaigns
  • Set up, management, optimization and reporting of integrated marketing / tactical / shopping campaigns
  • Work with client to optimize Product listings that are valid and optimized for Shopping Ads work with local teams as necessary
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 to 3 years or more of paid search account management, preferably with regional MNC and / or FMCG clients
  • Experience in management of integrated search campaigns (SEO and Paid Search)
  • Excellent performance mindset with experience delivering on client KPIs
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center
  • Previous usage of SEO tracking and auditing tools (Advanced Web Rankings)
  • Ecommerce search experience (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee) would be a great plus but not essential
  • Familiar with dashboard reporting tools, particularly Google DataStudio
  • Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Slides and Sheets)
  • Able to provide analysis and insights of campaign results with optimization recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (second Asian language is a plus but not essential)
