Develop Performance indicators and responsible for the sales staff to meet target.

Assessment for sales staff, to ensure that staffing in line with business development. Provide business training to sales staff to establish a high degree of awareness of service.
In-depth knowledge of retail high technology consumer electronics products (mobile / notebook / ipod / digital camera) with a prospective judgment on the changes in the market.
Diploma or above with relevant experience in electronic retail industry.
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
Excellent observation ability to cope with a strong sense of service
