Job Responsibilities :

  • Contributes to defining and implementing procurement strategies, initiate, support and drive procurement initiatives
  • Engage in procurement activities including purchasing, contract negotiation and management
  • Monitor & review vendor relationships in terms of the performance management & service delivery
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with best industry practice
  • Drive continuous improvement of procurement functions and refine company's procurement procedures
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field is preferred
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in large organisations
  • CIPS qualified or equivalent qualifications is an advantage
  • Solid experience in using Procurement system is preferred
  • Integrity, business acumen and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient with MS Office
