Reporting to the Product Manager and based at our office located in Wan Chai area, your main responsibility will be to contribute strongly to achieve the planned sales target.
Co-ordinate with Product Manager to explore and develop new customer case, for example, government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultant, property management companies etc.
Assist to achieve the company’s sales targets set by the company.
Participate in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.
Handle all kinds of customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers.
Report customer complaints in all aspects of quality / process / product issues and help product manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.
Handle outstanding invoice collections.
Support any ad-hoc projects assigned.
Requirements / qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Building Service Engineering.
Experience : A minimum of 5 years' relevant sales experience, and ideally in driving the market of building services industry in Hong Kong.
Independent, proactive, hard-driving for result forward-looking.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Excellent customer services skill.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
