Your responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Executive Directors
  • Manage calendar for Executive Director and organize appointments with internal as well as external parties
  • Assist in preparing business correspondence, presentations, reports and other administrative duties
  • Act as a contact and liaison point between top management and internal parties
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Your profile

  • Diploma or above with at least 1 years’ relevant working experience in serving top management
  • Detail-minded in organizing schedules and completing tasks efficiently
  • Proactive, mature, reliable and cheerful
  • Flexible, multi-tasking, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Quick response with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
