Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to CEO (expatriate)
  • Assist in specific project management which assigned by CEO(expatriate)
  • All rounded secretarial role and general secretarial support
  • Assist in coordination with internal and external parties
  • Perform analyst in EXCEL and Prepare PowerPoint
  • Assist in answering emails and prepare letters
  • Responsible for travel arrangements, air-tickets, visas, restaurant table bookings
  • Assist in personal issues, such as arrange payments for expenses etc.
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-organized, pleasant character, self-motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
