Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities including sourcing, interview arrangement, offer negotiation, onboarding arrangement, etc.
Work closely with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide professional advice on talent acquisition strategies
Track and analyse market trends to ensure recruitment competitiveness in the labour market
Identify new recruitment channels to enhance the effectiveness
Participate in ad-hoc projects when assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum of 6 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience in a sizeable company
Recruitment experience in Construction, Engineering, and Technical industry will be preferable
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislation and regulations
Detailed-minded, independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as junior level
Immediate availability is highly preferred
