My client is seeking an exceptional Customer Success Engineer to join our Hong Kong office to provide the technical link between our customers and our UK based engineering team.
You will work closely with leading customer engineering teams to guide and generate technical solutions that will enable them to incorporate our touch-less haptics and tracking tech into their products and solutions.
This is an exciting and influential role that will allow people to engage with the digital world without touchscreens or controllers!
Responsibilities :
Manage the first line technical interaction and support with customers’ engineering and product teams
Lead customers on a technical journey from evaluation and exploration to integration and production
Work with colleagues to design and build quick turnaround applications that prove feasibility and integration in new use cases or markets
Scope new projects and prepare and present technical proposals, highlighting the intricacies involved in the solution
Be the trusted technical bridge between external and internal product and engineering teams designing application solutions and formulating the product specification
Work with customers in the Spatial Computing (XR), Automotive and Out-of-Home (OOH) segments in their progression from use case exploration through concept development to design integration and support
Use technical insights gained from working with customers to make recommendations for future product strategy and engineering attention
Experience and Skill-set
Degree in computer science or related fields of study
Experience working for a multi-national company
Experience and ability to code in C# or C++
Experience with Unity or Unreal or exposure to Computer Aided Design an advantage
Exceptional combination of technical and customer facing skills
Proven experience helping customers integrate new technologies into their product and identify technical solutions
Able to manage strict timelines with multiple project
Self-starter capable of working on own initiative
Excellent English and Mandarin language skills
