TITLE : REGIONAL PRODUCT LEAD.
As a Regional Product Lead in the APAC Hub you represent the link between our global Business Tech product teams and the markets, brands & functions within Asia & Pacific.
What you will do as a Regional Product Lead
As a Regional Product Lead in Business Tech (BT) you will be at the centre of the action where Tech meets Business on a regional and local level.
You work closely with Global Product Owners and stakeholders in the markets to ensure that the products and services create value for our customers.
You are a strong leader and support local BT colleagues located in Sales and Production Markets in achieving targeted effects.
The Regional Product Lead plays a key role in developing the Hub organization so that Business Tech always has the right capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
We are now looking for a Regional Product Lead to the Colleague & Corporate Support domain with focus on Product Areas Colleague Experience, Colleague Lifecycle, Finance, and Corporate Support.
Furthermore, you will :
Take accountability for local relevance and benefit realization of all domain products and services in both Production (Sourcing) and Retail (Sales) markets
Secure a structure for stable operations and support in stores and offices
Collaborate with local teams and include them in the global BT way-of-working
Plan roll-outs in countries, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as global product teams, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines.

Identify new products and features based on local opportunities

Have understanding and experience of Agile product development
Experience from Value Proposition Definition and OKR Methodologies is an advantage
Have a strong interest in Microsoft 365
This is a leadership role in the region, you will have 3-5 team members reporting to you directly.
