Higher Diploma or above
At least 5 years of customer service experience (preferably dealing wigh foreign markets and exported goods) with supervisory experience preferred
Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential (written and spoken including Chinese word processing)
Customer service oriented, polite with good negotiation skills
Detailed and very organized
Familiarity with ERP system preferred
Good MS Office knowledge
Responsibilities :
Will Involve leading a small team of Customer Service and Logistics colleagues (2 staffs)
Maintaining and monitoring the relationship & situation with existing customes, handling enquiries, orders, quotation, complaints
Coordinating with our Vienna headquarters
