Enhance business processes and value creation by designing, building, documenting, testing and deploying enhancements using industry best practices
Partner with multiple departments throughout the business to gather business requirements, analyze them, and provide creative solutions
Deliver day-to-day end-user support, including maintaining and improving workflows, email alerts, custom objects, complex formula fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, assignment rules, configuring communities, and troubleshooting bugs
Create and maintain excellent documentation on business processes, policies, system configuration, and training materials
Entrusted to maintain platform data security by managing access and permissions through User Setup, Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, and Queues, Sharing Rules, Security Policies, and Encryption.
Collaborate with Salesforce Developers by testing APEX development in testing environment
Train new and existing users at multiple levels of the organization on how to run reports and dashboards
Troubleshoot and work with users across the firm to ensure Salesforce meets their needs
Keep up-to-date with Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
1-3 Years of experience preferred. For an exceptional candidate CV displaying high overall potential, we’re willing to consider candidate without CRM experience.
Good English skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills
A passion for working within an Agile development methodology and collaborative team environment
A detail-oriented approach prioritizing great quality of work and high standards
Strong interest in creating unique solutions which directly impact business success is a plus
Strong interest in automation and business process improvement endeavors is a plus
Interest in building a career within the Salesforce ecosystem, including the opportunity to obtain multiple industry-recognized certifications, is a plus
Experience with DataLoader, Workbench, and / or DemandTools is a plus
Interest in learning Salesforce Lightning Experience components is a plus
