In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and investigating technical and content-related issues on a cloud computing infrastructure (Microsoft Azure).
You will ensure the system is continually available and able to meet the needs of our clients, using a thorough understanding of the system architecture, combined with a suite of third party and in- house monitoring tools.
Additionally, you will also take steps to produce and validate the integrity of the data generated on our cloud infrastructure.
You will work closely with our clients and other team members in the Development, Research, Client Support, and Implementation business units.
You will be also responsible of improving and updating the monitoring process and the generation of reports for our stakeholders by automating the data extraction and analysis.

The associate would get to do the following :
Gain an understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure (including IaaS, PaaS, cloud storage, and Azure Service Fabric), and the products and services that Qontigo runs on it.
Monitor daily client batch processes and perform baseline quality assurance checks to ensure SLA compliance
Provide technical support for all products via ticketing system (JIRA), for internal and external clients.
Help to establish scalable and repeatable processes that will benefit the overall support for customers
Generate automated and scripted processes aimed to the recollection and process of metrics.
Investigate and solve complex issues affecting the operation
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited institution (graduated or advanced student).
Strong quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented
Strong technical troubleshooting and investigation skills
Linux and DOS scripting skills towards automation are highly considered
Excellent organization and communication skills
Experience with SQL, Python, or other object-oriented programming language (VBA, UNIX / LINUX a plus but not essential)
Curious mind and attitude. Problem-solving mentality
Experience with Service Desk / Help Desk is a plus
Familiarity with Cloud technologies is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English
Relevant experience of 2+ years
