Customer Success contributes to our efforts to enhance and transform the Calypso customer experience via a client-centric approach (building and maintaining relationships, proactively identifying potential crises that may detrimental to the user experience, meeting and exceeding client expectations).
Thus, helping to differentiate Calypso and contributing to the growth of our business. Customer Success is composed of several organizations (Customer Delivery, Cloud Services, Calypso Learning Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success Management) that manage the customer’s journey at Calypso.
The Customer Delivery team in Hong Kong is the driving force for expert integrations of our systems with our clients across Asia, Africa and Middle East.
The team is comprised of industry veterans with superior knowledge across front, middle, and back office. You’ll be joining a group of consultants, technical experts and project managers all striving for the best solutions for our clients.
We are looking for a Solution Architect who will be responsible for scoping solutions, designing, pricing and coordinating resources to produce proposals for services and implementation as part of the presales process.
This position will work directly with Sales, Delivery teams and Market Specialists to successfully scope and position customer solutions and will report directly to the regional Director of Customer Delivery.

We’re located in 73-story block (the fifth tallest skyscraper and landmark in its own right). We’re 5 minutes away from Central Station or Sheung Wan Station (MTR).
Famous international restaurants, bars, coffee shops and well-known brand shops are within 0.5km, close to Mid-levels Escalator.
Our space on level 27 accommodates 20 employees, one conference room, one meeting room and one pantry with leisure space for employees to enjoy a lunch break or a coffee time.
We have two cities view and one partial sea view, and also the International Commerce Centre (ICC), the tallest building in Hong Kong is just right opposite of our office across the Victory Harbour.
