Duties :

  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls
  • Responsible for taking messages and handling basic filing, faxing, mailing and copying
  • Daily calendar management (appointments, conference calls, meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Vendor billing management and payment processing
  • Prepare travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports / invoices and track expense reports
  • Prepare and compile meeting agendas / minutes and presentation documents
  • Responsible for the purchase and maintenance of office equipment, stationeries and accessories
  • Requirements :

  • 2 years of relevant work experience, office administration work experience
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
  • Proficient in computer application including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with others
