We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated (Senior)Corporate Business Development Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated Corporate Team based here in Hong Kong.

The Corporate team works with top corporations in Hong Kong to bring workplaces together over delicious food experiences.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for full sales cycle, with duties including : targeting research & lead generation / prospecting, qualifying leads, facilitating outbound sales including email marketing and automation, cold calls, in-person pitch meetings and demos, using network for introductions, and doing whatever it takes to close the sale
  • Pitch corporate customers on the value of using the Corporate foodpanda platform for their meal and catering needs
  • Lead demos to show prospects the capabilities of the product and the best way to utilize our platform
  • Fielding and closing inbound leads
  • Helping first-time customers with their first order, following up, turning them into recurring clients
  • Liaising with Account Managers on leading clients satisfaction
  • Own the end-to-end sales pipeline and meticulously document your actions in our CRM
  • Be the voice of the corporate customer. Partner closely with operational teams to document learnings from sales processes to help us build out a best-in-class product
  • Assist with general marketing activities including events, email campaigns and corporate client offers
  • Strategize and assist in the development of systems and processes to enhance the corporate sales process and shorten the sales cycle
  • Playing a role in growing our corporate business as a whole, including developing our corporate operations, customer service, account management and marketing capabilities
  • Who you are

  • 2 or more years of outbound sales experience preferably in a B2B environment. However, qualified applicants with client-facing experience from hospitality, catering, or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Degree or equivalent academic qualification
  • Driven and hardworking individual with excellent attention to details
  • Interest in food and restaurant industry
  • Exceptional written and communication skills, proficient in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
  • An impressive track record of being a hustler and a top performer
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity
  • A highly driven and ambitious attitude
  • Strong instincts in how to be strategic in leading client-facing conversations
  • Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to prospects
  • A team player, going above and beyond to help the team succeed
  • Hong Kong market knowledge required
  • Familiarity with email marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce) a plus
