  • Act as a business partner in providing full spectrum of HR services to the designated business / support units, including but not limited to manpower planning, selection and recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, talent development, etc.
  • Manage end to end full-cycle recruitment process and source qualified candidates through various channels
  • Lead recruitment initiatives and projects that support business strategies / goals and talent pipleline building for the company, including but not limited to campus recruitment
  • Provide insights in talent management & development for succession planning
  • Work collaboratively with Compensation & Benefits team on rewards and performance management
  • Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in similar capacity with demonstrated track record
  • Prior working experience in SFC regulated company, and using PeopleSoft and Workday HRIS is a plus
  • Hands on, flexible, resourceful, organised and detail-minded
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
