Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees.

You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day to day activities at PwC. As part of the team, you will be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • 1. Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and strategies. Lead, execute and present a wide variety of analysis, report, planning, and budgeting;
  • 2. Work with business units to manage personnel assignment;
  • 3. Work with business units to help them improve staff utilization;
  • 4. Collaborates with business Leaders to create annual plan, quarterly and monthly forecasts.


  • 1. Bachelor degree or above in management relevant majors;
  • 2. At least 5 years operation or resource management experience;
  • 3. Good logical skill and analytical skill;
  • 4. Good communication skill;
  • 5. Understand PwC or firms.
