  • Develop and implement overall people strategies so as to achieve business results;
  • Support the frontline business managers and work closely with HR business partners to provide full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to manpower planning, staffing, succession planning, rewards and performance management, employee relations and staff retention, etc;
  • Build frontline staff feedback channels to enhance employee engagement; and respond to employee concerns and complaints by conducting timely internal investigations, evaluate findings and recommend appropriate actions;
  • Address staff compliance and disciplinary issues by taking necessary disciplinary actions;
  • Support and handle administrative duties;
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR related projects as required;
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote and implement the overall HR strategies;
  • Such other duties as shall be assigned by the superior.
  • Requirements

  • University degree or above, with minimum 5-year experience in Human Resources Management in Banking or Financial industry;
  • Strong leadership and execution capability;
  • Detail-minded, organized, good team player with strong sense of responsibility and integrity;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex situation and recommend effective solutions;
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input;
  • Good command of written and oral Chinese / Putonghua and English.
